Delivery

We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to potential unforeseen delays. The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Rights of Cancellation

Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund under the following condition:

• If we fail to deliver the order within 40 days from the date of your purchase. To initiate a cancellation under this condition, please contact us at hello@tailoredtales.com.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If the product delivered to you is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to request a replacement. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 8 days if there are any defects or damages. Initiate the replacement process by emailing us at hello@tailoredtales.com with details of the fault and evidence in the form of photographs where applicable.

Limitations on Cancellations

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations or changes to orders once they have entered the production stage. Each book is uniquely tailored to your specifications, incurring significant production costs.

Return of Products

In the event of a damaged or faulty product that qualifies for replacement, you must return the product to us in its original packaging. Please retain the packaging for this purpose.

Statutory Rights

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the site, its content, or the services provided will be error-free or uninterrupted. The site and all its contents are provided on an “as is” basis.
